Went by to get a filter for my Caldera hot tub today. Walked in and see 2 employees sitting and playing on their phones. Another employee walk over to me as I look around, not familiar with where filters are and asked if he can help me. I need a filter for my Caldera hot tub. "I can't help you." he says.
