I had my pool resurfaced and retiled in February. The process was explained to me step by step and i was given a timeline. It was completed on time and perfectly. The manager Sarah and the owner Teddy at the waterford lakes location were with me the entire time making it a smooth and stress free remodel
Sarah needs customer service training. Everyone else picks up the slack that she lacks.
My old single speed pool pump motor died, and I wanted to replace it without upgrading to a variable speed one and the cost involved with that upgrade. I brought the motor and wet end section to Sara at the Waterford Lakes store and she helped me identify all necessary parts that needed replacement besides motor. These were older parts and she spent a lot of time researching and making phone calls to locate these parts ( seal plate, shaft seal, impeller). The Orlando/Waterford Lakes store is Fantastic. They recently installed a new pump (at a great price) and then helped us find a solution for our priming issues. Not by saying there was a problem but actually teaching us about the problem and the various solutions we could take. Great ownership and staff! I highly recommend for all your pool needs.
Great service. I called Sarah yesterday and let her know that my pool pump had stopped working. She sent Austin out today and he was able to identify the problem and offered me the low cost solution or the total fix solution and gave me the price for each. We took the total fix and Austin had it fixed in no time. He was able to explain the issue to us in non pool speak and showed us how to keep the issue from happening again. Highly recommend.
