Isabella is a phenomenal asset to this Pinch-A-Penny location. She was extremely helpful in helping me figure out my pool water inbalance and explained in detail what I need to do to correct it. Thank you Isabella. PS I even offered to buy her lunch and she refused!!

Cannot thank the staff enough for helping me. I turned up at 6pm well past the closing time. I was just turning round to leave when the opened the door to see if they could help. All I needed was an O ring. They found one part with the O ring it was $77. They said it did not feel right to sell me the kit just for the O ring. I purchased a salt cell for my pool from this store about a year and three months ago. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sale service has been very disappointing. The technician who installed the unit never informed me that the salt cell requires regular maintenance or cleaning every few months. I was only shown basic controls like adjusting salt levels, with no mention of maintenance requirements.
