Been going to this location for over 3 years and staff is always very polite and helpful, also just recently had my pool vacuum fixed at this location and is working great and staff was very honest amd helpful on what parts needed to be replaced.
I needed a pool evaluation done ASAP because another company cancelled on us last minute. Sara and Brian at Pinch a Penny Waterford Lakes came through for us and saved the day!! They are professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough. They communicated with me so well throughout the whole process and their service was well worth the amount we paid for it. I am so grateful we ended up working with them and would recommend them to anyone!

I feel very frustrated and very upset for the service they offer. They said they have more than 10 years working on the pool service, but feel like they are just newbie. I would like to stop working with them right away, but I can't because they have not done their bad job yet. I need to wait till my pool is fixed, or I waste my time for nothing.
