Ive visited several locations over the last three years and this is by far my favorite. The staff is excellent at answering questions and helping me problem solve. They’re patient and thorough, but best of all they remember who their customers are. Really feels like a hometown store.
I mean did you just disconnect your phone number to stop getting complaints? Insane?
They charged me $125 to push a reset button- look at the invoice- it reflects the tech was here for 10mins. Appalling because I pay $160/month for them to clean my pool weekly and the tech was just here yesterday- I contacted them after he left advising them that the pool wasn't on and there was a red light flashing on the equipment. They said it was a new tech and he didn't know what to do. He didn't know to press a reset button? Fine, but why didn't they just troubleshoot me...they had to send out a specialist to flip a br... read more
Helped me out last minute. Sarah and Brian. Their customer service was exceptional.
Been going to this location for over 3 years and staff is always very polite and helpful, also just recently had my pool vacuum fixed at this location and is working great and staff was very honest amd helpful on what parts needed to be replaced.
