Cannot thank the staff enough for helping me. I turned up at 6pm well past the closing time. I was just turning round to leave when the opened the door to see if they could help. All I needed was an O ring. They found one part with the O ring it was $77. They said it did not feel right to sell me the kit just for the O ring. I purchased a salt cell for my pool from this store about a year and three months ago. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sale service has been very disappointing. The technician who installed the unit never informed me that the salt cell requires regular maintenance or cleaning every few months. I was only shown basic controls like adjusting salt levels, with no mention of maintenance requirements. I had my pool resurfaced and retiled in February. The process was explained to me step by step and i was given a timeline. It was completed on time and perfectly. The manager Sarah and the owner Teddy at the waterford lakes location were with me the entire time making it a smooth and stress free remodel
Sarah needs customer service training. Everyone else picks up the slack that she lacks.
