We set up for them to clean our pool when we were on vacation. They no showed=green pool.
So I dropped off my pool cleaner because it stopped functioning. I was told it was under warranty. I was called 5 hours later and was told it was ready. I paid $20 bench labor and returned home only to find out that the unit was still not functioning. In fact it was doing the exact same thing. I took the unit back and waited for 2 days. This is what I get for $110 a month using Pinch a Penny for pool service!! I get to come home on the day they "service" my pool and brush it, clean the filter and vacuum it. And the chemicals are not even close to balanced!! �.
Very bad customer service! Install contractors rude
Bought a cleaning brush fewmonths ago forgot to bring it back then all the bristles Fallout the minute you start scrubbing or rub your hand across the brush showed the clerk she said she'd never seen them do that it's defective but wouldn't help me out don't stand behind their product won't buy anything else there if I can avoid it
