Great customer service, I went in for pricing to do something myself, they gave me a price for parts, I asked to tell me what it would cost for them to do it, I said I needed to think about it,the owner said if I still wanted to do it myself to call him and he would walk me through it. That statement there told me all I needed to hear, I hired them that day, service was done that day as well, very impressed.
I placed an online order July 19 and still have not received my items. It is over a month!! I’ve called several times and every time they say they can see the order, they are looking into why I haven’t been able to pick up, and will call me back. They still haven’t called me back and the items are still charged on my card. I haven’t ever experienced such terrible service as this location. Do not order online from them!!
Peggy and Bob took over from Scott, and carried on the impeccable service. Helpful and fair pricing. Thank you for all your help.
