Very disappointed with their misleading advertising. Recent advertisement presents a Zodiac G3 for $249 after promo card. As explained by employee at store, the unit is $299 and you receive a $50 dollar promo card toward other purchases. Definitely not as portrayed in ad.
This store was awful. Didn't even try to help me. One associate came up to me asked me what I needed and when I told him he out right said no we can't help you. Even though I had been to another store recently and I knew they would have it. I will never go to this store again. Very unprofessional. He would even give me a chance to speak. Never even saw him long enough to look at his name tag.
RecommendedThis location is absolutely amazing. Not only did they help us salvage our pool they're always so kind and willing to answer any of my seemingly endless questions. I wish I could give them 10 stars! We'll never go anywhere else!!

Great service in the store and for pool maintenance. Very quick service response and they also educate you on what you need for your pool and why.
3rd week without weekly pool service during the past couple of months. Still waiting for owner to call me back. It’s been almost a month. Still waiting for credit to my account.

I cannot say enough good about this store! Joseph is amazing! He is always willing to help me and my husband out with all of our pool questions/concerns! He goes above and beyond for us everytime! The whole store is filled with friendly people who are knowledgeable and so very helpful! Definitely my go to pool store for anything we need!
