My experience was not a good one. They came and diagnosed a problem with my spa. Actuator that they replaced leaked and they came back and then replaced the filter cartridge and O-ring. Cost me over $500 including $250 for a Pentair CVA-24 actuator. Charged $120 for a generic filter that they listed as a Hayward C1750 on invoice. Another company fixed the issue with a $65 check valve replacement. Filed a complaint and heard back from corporate but not from the store. Will not be back.
