Very satisfied with advice. We got our pool in really bad conditions for a week. But with the help and patience of Kesslor our pool looks very nice today. Thanks so much for your great and reliable service.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I have had weekly pool service and bought new pool equipment from them for the past 2 years. If I ever have any issues they come out the same or next day. Kesslor, Dex, and Armel are the trifecta. The customer service is top notch and they really go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. Thank you all for taking care of our pool so well!
No chlorine in the chlorine jugs.... 100% played stupid when I called them on it.. 3rd time it's happened
We used to use them a lot for the past 7 or so years. Spending thousands including a new pool light with installation. But NEVER again after the experience that my husband had today! He was sold a pool cleaner as new even though he questioned that the box was beat up and was reassured that the product was new. Arriving home he immediately opened the item to find that it was definitely not new and in fact had dents and pool salt residue in it.
