BRANDI, is awesome!!!! She helps me everytime I come to the store for my inground pool.!!! I’ve had issues with pollen turning the pool green and she made sure to test my water and direct me to the correct chemicals to use!!!!!!!! It went from green to blue over night……….. your awesome Brandi!!!
Ocoee store: I’ve been going to this store since I purchased my home in 2012. When it came to pool parts, chlorine, or equipment, Pinch‑A‑Penny was always my first stop. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has declined. I’ve brought my WHISPERFLO® motor into this store several times over the years to have a new motor—purchased online—mounted to the existing housing. Stop soliciting in mailboxes, you are not USPS you have no federal right to put envelopes into our mail boxes only our Mail man is allowed to do that. Next time i will report this to the Postal Authorities.
