Terrible experience. I had my pool resurfaced. The color was different than what was shown . Spoke to the manager in the carollwood location. He was so rude. He came to look at my pool when I was not home . It would have been nice if I would have gotten a call before he came on my property. I texted him and he did not try to make things right. He just wanted payment. Please do not use this facility. The manager is a very rude..
Trey and Dan could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about pool equipment. Together, they have solved the issue with my new Polaris cleaner which initially did not function and required several attempts to get it to function properly. After receiving a new router, I could not reset my pool light to sync with the WiFi and Trey directed me to Pentair customer service. I am appalled that this story is true but here we go. My husband came in to this store to purchase chlorine tablets for our pool. He bought the small 8 tablet bucket and some other things we needed. When he got home, he opened the bucket to find all the tablets broken. We wanted to get them in the pool for the weekend but decided to not handle it until after the weekend since our daughter’s birthday party was Saturday. Find another pool supply store. I know I am. Walked in with my receipt with products over $50 and was refused a return. What kind of business is that! Posting this review all over my social media so others don’t have the same problem. They can easily resell these products. I will be reposting this weekly on social media. I’m sure that will cost you more than what it would cost to refund and resell the products I brought in for return- especially during the summer.
