I have been going to this place for 20+ years. Was excellent, but in the last year it has taken a drastic nosedive. Service in the store has gone from good to terrible. The at home service, especially Trey, have been and continue to be excellent. He is professional, prompt, and very communicative. Trey would get 5 stars all day.
Great staff, very helpful. Usually very fast, concise, and do a good job of trying to over sell. Manager/owner is super nice and approachable.
This store is terrible. New owners and you can easily tell they have zero experience in customer service. The past owner was nice and friendly to work with. Read the other reviews and do NOT go here. Terrible customer service skills. They make you not want to walk in here.
