I went in for a simple wash and dry. Before starting, the stylist verbally quoted me $15 (“quince”) for the service. She used only a brush to dry my hair — no heat machine, no additional treatment. I even declined a flat iron when she offered it multiple times. After the service, I was told the total was actually $65.33 — over four times the quoted price. I went in for a wash and set the lady permed my hair against my will I specifically said no perm now I’ve been contacting the shop since and they won’t let me speak to the owner and keeps blocking every number I call from ! DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOU ARE BLACK AND NATURAL HAIR THEY ARE RACIST ! They told me go back to getting $11 wash and sets (I don’t even het wash and sets this for my birthday because im pregnant and stylist was on vacation) I will be suing this is not acceptable
