This was our very first trip to Pinawa Unplugged — two families with kids — and it was absolutely amazing! 😍 We loved that we could rent individual tubes and also have a big one for six people to enjoy together. Everything was perfect — super friendly staff, well-organized, and everything right on time. We had such a great experience and will definitely come back again! Huge thanks for offering such a fun and unforgettable adventure! 🙌
The staff was great, even for booking I needed assistance as we had a larger group and were trying to coordinate launch times. They were easy to work with and had the solutions we needed! i wish they had more cooler tubes in stock, more washrooms or change rooms, and the launch point was a little stressful with a line up behind you and trying to get in while also getting connected to your friends properly. But I am reaching for suggestions. Really enjoyed the day and they were super organized and helpful. Thank you!
