This was the worse front office experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. The front office staff didn't acknowledge that I was waiting at the counter, became snotty when I asked if anyone was manning the counter and was later confrontational when I had issue with the appointment that was GIVEN to me (the clerk didn't even ASK if the appointment would work for me). As soon as possible, I will be notifying the Texas Board of Medical Examiners, the BBB and anyone else that will listen to me.

I worked in a long term care facility where Dr. Pinaroc was the primary physician for many patients. She took calls night and day for emergencies. When I needed a physician I chose her because of how dedicated she was with her patients. My wife is an RN and I'm a paramedic so our expectations of health care providers is extremely high. Dr Pinaroc is very friendly, willing to try different medications to see what works the best.

When you walk into her office seems you walked in to the 1960's everything is old, and run down. Even the equipment used is old, very old, and does not work well. They have copies of copies of copies, instead of printing new information they just cross through it to save money.
