Services have declined. I am so disappointed at how an established patient has been treated. I hope Doctor evaluates her office staff and care for patients. After 10 years of coming here, I will now look for another doctor. We were told, "I don't see sick patients" well then.
Dr. Pinaroc is a good doctor. She is patient, detailed and laid back. Her office manager/accountant (husband)however is rude and will communicate through his staff. Will not speak to you directly. He doesn't file the insurance claims on a timely basis. My appointment was in mid March and he didn't file until June. I was charged the full cost of the visit because I had not met my deductible. When he finally filed the insurance claim, the insurance paid the entire amount and I ended up with a credit, which he did not advise me... read more
Worst doc office. Staff are rude unprofessional. They never answer the phones. You must go in person to get a refill. This is just horrible for your health. Don't put ur health in risk here. There is no office manager. So staff gets away with everything. Office is never busy, huge red flag.
