They gelled the chip on the windshield, but would of preferred to be fixed all the way in. Tech say I would say, and it might crack and no warranty. 25 years ago, I took a car to Jiffy Lube to do the same thing, and they did it so great I still have the car with same windshield fixed and you don't even know where it happened. I'm pretty sure you could have done the same thing or better as things are better throughout the years. I can still see the damage through inside the car.
The technician was thorough, friendly, and answered all questions.
