The technician arrived at the replacement site quickly. He finished the job quickly! The only thing I didn't like was that I could only find out the technician's arrival time on the day of the replacement. This made it impossible to plan anything specific for that day.
Service was EXCELLENT!! He was honest and did a fabulous job repairing my windshield. He gave me all the information and made sure I knew my options. When my car automatically locked with the keys in it, he called a colleague and within minutes he was here with tools and they safely unlocked my vehicle. Would highly recommend!!
Outstanding customer service! The technicians came all the way to my home on a freezing day to replace my windshield, which made everything so convenient for me. They were very respectful, kind, and professional, and they explained everything clearly. The installation was done with great quality and the final result looks perfect. I truly appreciate their excellent work and I highly recommend this company!
