Very helpful and excellent selection Great store with great selection and very competent, knowledgable staff. Was looking for a Janome sewing/embroidery machine. They had the one I thought I wanted (a newer model) and Mr. Pinard took a lot of time showing me all its' features and demonstrating what it could do. I left a happy customer. We are lucky to have this store in the area.
Okay selection, high prices I visited this shop when I was looking for a high end sewing machine for heavy use in my art studio. I felt like the person who was there that day wasn't all that interested in waiting on me. I decided to shop around and found the same machine at a shop very willing to spend time with me and i bought the machine at the other shop for hundreds of dollars less than Pinards wanted.
