My lovely daughter had ordered a Mothers Day arrangement from Urban Stems. Nada on Sunday; when she called they had no idea what happened, but would deliver Tuesday. Tuesday, an arrangement that said "Product of Ecuador" on the wrapper arrived. The stems were bare - nothing to moisten them - and the arrangement had clearly spent several days dehydrating in the box (from which it was extremely difficult to remove). Roses - brown and dead.
