I called them to shore-up and level my sagging wood floor.Their crew arrived on time, did all of the work in a very reasonable time, and took all of the debris with them. They were respectful and professional. There have been no further issues. We are very, very pleased.
I had a terrible experience with this company, to the point that I have filed complaints with North Carolina Attorney General's Office, the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors, and the BBB. In short, I agreed to a bid from Pinam for ~$8000 to install a driveway drain. After completing the job, they refused to honor our agreement and demanded almost $3000 extra, a charge that we never discussed. This company cannot be trusted to honor even written contracts. The man who came to assess our repair needs was very informative. The company he works for was not a good match to our needs so he referred us to a different contractor who could do the jobs much cheaper.

Pinam Construction is a great company! They rebuilt a concrete pilaster in my basement and a brick front step. Great quality work, and very fast and efficient.
