Never in my life have ever delt with clinic staff so impatient & outright disrespectful to patients...... that was mind blowing... DO NOT GO HERE....if you want to be treated with decency.
Thanks a lot for making us wait two months for an appointment while we varelybhave food in the house and ky lady is pregnant, only to NEVER CALL US AND CAUSE US TO MISS THW APPOINTMENT. You scheduled one 30 minutes later and never called for that one too! Then you finally emaul back when ita close to closing so that you don't have to do shit and schedule us another month out. I live up the street from this clinic and pay taxes. I called last month to schedule an appointment, receptionist did not explain difference in scheduling 1st & 2nd doses. I had to drive to another county over an 1hr away to get vaccinated. Adequate communication helps the vaccine get distributed equitable--
