The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole shopping experience easy. Levi, the sales manager, provided excellent service and helped me find the perfect bedroom set. I absolutely love it! Great quality and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
I was quite surprised by the reviews Pina luxury had, I didn’t have such a great experience with them when purchasing and for after care. So first off I was purchasing multiple furniture a bed set and vanity the lady was very high on the prices and seemed to be going lower on the prices as if she was just making up prices just to see what we would pay and she even tried to say she’ll give a good deal on the vanity if we bought the whole bed set which she didn’t bc I still eneded up paying 1k for the vanity even though it’s l... read more

Ruby was very knowledgeable about inventory, helped me pick out furniture that matched the aesthetic of my new home, and offered me great deals.
