Do they know what they're doing? I'm not so sure... – I went to the Pin Cushion to get my helix pierced. It was a pretty standard type piercing so I wasn't worried, but I made sure to ask both the girl at the front desk and the piercer himself if my sensitive ears would need a different kind of post. I can only wear "sensitive" type earrings in my lobes, but they assured me the surgical steel would cause no complications.
