Pimri Pediatrics has always gone above and beyond, especially during emergencies. Every physician we’ve seen has been incredibly respectful, caring, and attentive at every visit. They always make sure every concern is fully addressed and provide thoughtful, helpful suggestions that truly make a difference. This office has earned the trust of our entire family, and we’re very grateful for the amazing care they consistently provide.
I truly will never forget how awful the office admin made me feel right after delivery when we needed to see a pediatrician after hospital discharge due to no wet diapers which is very serious for a 3 day old. Even though we emailed pre-birth the soonest we could get in was the following week which was not soon enough. First off, Dr. Peters is fantastic. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He has been so helpful navigating the first few months of parenthood. However, his office assistant, Jill, is incredibly disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I had called to reschedule my son's appointment (3 weeks before his appointment was supposed to be), and when I was told they were booked over a month out, I said "That's okay, I'll look and see if there's another office I can take him to with earlier availability".
