Extremely unpleasant experience and we didn't even have the chance to make it to the office first. I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism via email with the office assistant. I highly belive dr peters should consider seeking a more polite and personable office coordinator that knows how to speak and communicate properly to families. My son had an opening for a specialist that was ultimately a priority, when I became aware of this opening I asked to reschedule and was told there were no openings the rest of the... read more

I was extremely hopeful that Pimri Pediatrics would be our home, however their lack of professionalism and chaos with scheduling has made it beyond difficult. I would not recommend Pimri to anyone. Jill, the office coordinator, is extremely rude. She's canceled appointments via email day of, with little notice, told me she'd call me and never did. Dr. Peters originally scheduled the appointment, but it was canceled because he wasn't yet 4 months. Why are they offering appointments prior to the appropriate age? When I called ... read more

Dr. Peters has been absolutely outstanding! I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered him. His depth of knowledge is impressive, and I truly appreciate his accessibility; whenever I have a question, I can simply email him. He consistently responds promptly, often including relevant research articles that I can explore to gain a deeper understanding. All around a phenomenal doctor!

Had our first appt with Dr Peter’s for my daughters eczema and gut issues in OCTOBER and still have not received her treatment plan. I have been calling, emailing, and they never answer or get back to me or when they do, I get told “he’s working on it and should be done soon.” It’s truly unacceptable to have to wait almost 3 MONTHS after an appt to know how to treat my daughter. I can be patient for a few weeks but this is wild.

So grateful for Dr. Peters and his care for our son in his infancy. As first time parents, Dr. Peters was so responsive to our (…my ) frantic calls and questions in emails. We recently moved and I know finding a provider like him will be a challenge.
