Worst place to visit, poor communication, try to make money without explanation, very expensive, suggested never to visit this place.
I just finished my 3-year braces journey with Dr. Stefan, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! He was professional, caring, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The fee was very reasonable for the quality of care I received. Big thanks to Amanda at reception as well—she was always so friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend Dr. Stefan and his amazing team!
I like the dentists, the reception staff are horrible. Too bad. I'll be finding another dentist now. EDIT: How is being rude to customers considered a "misunderstanding"? As was explained to the rude person on the phone, my husband works nights and missed the initial calls, but then he received a text message to confirm, WHICH HE DID.
