Never Recommend to anyone. Firstly during booking, they said they do bulk billing and I will not have to pay for my kid. Once the procedure was done, their receptionist told me that you are not eligible for Medicare scheme and at the end gave me a surprise bill of $592. They lied to me that we called you before and informed you on call that you are not eligible. Don't go to a place with such a poor and unethical management.
We can’t recommend Dr Mila highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing with all three of my boys and has such a calm, patient, and caring approach. She always gets down to the kids’ level, takes the time to talk with them, and explains things in a way they understand, which really helps them feel safe and comfortable. I have to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Dr Kathryn and her team. I had a tooth extraction surgery with Dr Kathryn. I found that she was such an attentive and meticulous person . She also provided a very high quality professional service to her patient. After the surgery, I haven’t felt the pain and uncomfortable . Good job Well done
5 out of 5 stars for the team at Pimpama Dental. I'm normally a very nervous patient who requires happy gas for a check up and clean however today Dr Stefan and his wonderful assistant Penelope made the experience a lot easier and I was able to get a filling with ease. Dr Stefan took his time with numbing me and was even patient with my annoying tongue. Penelope's presences changes the way you feel in the room that so many of us do not like visiting.
