I would NEVER use this company, I called to report a driver harassing me and the dispatcher who not only got an attitude with me, but she also verbally abused me. NO i dont want her to punish the driver for harassing me, but she failed to realize where i was coming from, there was a driver with a female passenger (UNPROFESSIONAL) staring at my car for over 10 min.
