RNR Staff in office was very friendly, but phone staff was incompetent and not helpful. Dr. Puri became very irate and said I was "fat" and not willing to follow his counsel. He yelled at me and told me not to come back. I actually thought he was ready to fight me. I've never had any doctor treat me the way he did.

He also was rude to his own staff and it appears there is a high turnover rate in his office. I really wiked Wally. I would not recommend Dr. puri to anyone.
need to hire new front office staff office staff worst ever experienced based only on telephone calls i would never go to this group nor would i recommend this group to any one they put you on hold leave you on hold then disconnect you. call back same thing. call back for the 3rd time and it rings for what seems like 5min before they even pick up. they suck
