Pima federal in Oro Valley is amazing .The Customer Service can only be described as being the best , Amber amd james are knowledgeable, friendly and Professional. They go out of there way to put you at ease , and make you feel comfortable and that they have your best interests at heart , They make you feel not only are you a customer but a friend ! This team is right on poont ! You have a great team here Pima federal . I highly recommend them to my friends and family !
As a small non profit PFCU gives the feeling of a small town bank (with big town benefits). Amber Murray PFCU member service rep at Steam Pump branch in Oro Valley AZ is unsurpassed in her customer service. She greets me as I walk through the door with a welcoming hello and remembers my name. She remembers conversations we had over a year ago around account set up. She even discovered my AZ license had expired! I can say PFCU is a top notch financial institution and one that knows their local clients.
