I’ve been a member for many years and have had an excellent experience with Pima Federal Credit Union. The Steampump team James, Amber and JP are the best. I would suggest them for all your financial needs. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else, I followed James from the Stone Branch to Thornydale and now at Steampump. Online customer service sucks 80k a year and I get talked to like a retard even tho I'm the one correcting what the rep is telling me.
We use the Oro Valley location only! Both my son and I were not treated the best at the Stone location. But JAMES AND AMBER at the Oro Valley location are the best. We will never use any other location. They deserve 5 stars big time.
