I always get great service every time I walk in the door and everyone is super friendly. When my 4 legged assistant has been with me, she gets recognized as well. Some of the tellers keep a stash of biscuits, and she knows where they're kept.
We have used this branch for our personal and business accounts for many years now. The manager, James, and all of the Pima Federal employees here are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We have gotten to know them, and it is a pleasure to have to stop by the bank!
