The employees at the Sahuarita branch are absolutely amazing! Veronica M helped me a great deal when I had to close one account and open a new one because of some scammers that tried to get me. She was extremely pleasant, patient, efficient and knew what to do. Kathy and the other Veronica are also a great asset to your company. I think you should give them all a big raise!

Leslie Gibson and Kathy are the best! Went into the Green Valley office to check on the status of my car loan on 9/2/2025 after 3 pm. Leslie, who was onsite, along with Iris and Gabrielle working somewhere in the nether, went above and beyond even after the clock struck 5 pm! Yesterday was Tuesday, the first day of business after Labor Day weekend. Pima was flooded with loan applications to process after a busy sale weekend for many car dealers. Thank you again for helping me be able to pick up my new car on Tuesday evening!
We are members of Pima Federal Credit Union in Green Valley, Arizona. Today, I stood in line at the credit union to withdraw money to take to the post office for a money order to be mailed out. Directly in front of me was a little old lady with a smile that had likely graced her face since 1930. She was a tiny, frail woman with a hunch in her back, carrying a plastic grocery bag and a cane.
