I had been a patient of Dr Sethi for two years up until April of this year. Any time I had to call for an appointment it took forever and when I actually had the appointment (telemed) nothing was really done, it would take Dr Sethi sometimes up to 20 minutes to get on the line, then he would ask “How are you, anything new” and unless something was “new” that was the end of it. Very professional and efficient. I don't trust the bad reviews I saw. Everyone there, including their flabotamists, were kind and gentle. Thank you to all the staff who worked the day before Thanksgiving to help me see my doctor.
Just saw Dr. Sethi today and guess what, he was super condescending, rude, and will not help find a treatment or a diagnosis. I keep going back to the hospital because I have several symptoms of a disabling endocrine disorder and keep getting referred back to endocrine Drs. So far I've tried to see two. The first one won't even return phone calls and the second one I got referred to was Dr Sethi. Won't look at prior blood tests won't look at multiple signs adding up to a problem. I am a completely satisfied patient of Dr Sree...not only is she an excellent doctor but also a great communicator. The office staff & medical assistants (especially Maria) are professional and caring. So glad I found this practice.
