Had a root canal here and the service was excellent. No pain. Dentist led are extremely friendly. Will go nowhere else
The staff and doctors are great here. I bring my whole family here. Claudia in particular is great at what she does. Always personable, she explains everything that she is doing step by step and always makes sure that I satisfied with my dental service. Really great practice!
Incredible experience. I had shopped around for dentists that were reputable but also offered fair pricing, and I definitely found it here at Pima! Dr. Craig was so quick to respond to my outreach. Jessica at the front desk was so kind and got me in quickly. I had a great experience at the office with Erika the dental assistant and Dr. Craig. and mind you i was in for a ROOT CANAL & CROWN (no fun!) haha but they made it a great experience. I've been a patient @ Pima since 2010. The whole staff is very welcoming. Over the last few years health issues at times was a concern. Today had a check up with Tressa. She was very patient and understanding with my check up. Made me feel very comfortable , relaxed and made my anxiety not an issue.5 stars not even close enough!!! Thank you, Tressa.
Fraud. I cannot recommend this place as I was told one thing and something completely different happened which put a strain on my finances. I was quoted 500+ dollars for a crown and a filling. I got the work done and paid that amount. When it came time to go in for the permanent crown, I was told that I would need to pay an additional 700+ plus dollars because they didnt check with my insurnace properly. I feel like they held me hostage with the pending crown and charged me full, non insurance pricing. This is completely una... read more
