Fraud. I cannot recommend this place as I was told one thing and something completely different happened which put a strain on my finances. I was quoted 500+ dollars for a crown and a filling. I got the work done and paid that amount. When it came time to go in for the permanent crown, I was told that I would need to pay an additional 700+ plus dollars because they didnt check with my insurnace properly. I’ve been going here about 10yrs , I have always had an amazing experience!! I’m a nervous patient with anxiety and they have always treated me with so much compassion , patients ce, empathy and respect. I always look forward to seeing Mandy at the front desk , so friendly and professional. Today I recieved a cleaning with Tatum and she was so very gentle and meticulous with cleaning my teeth. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and phone acumen. They simply don’t listen nor allow you to articulate needs. When Dr. Willman was on staff it was the best dental practice we’d ever been to and we loved being patients (she has since moved on to another practice and it shows). DO NOT JOIN THIS PRACTICE, it’s a waste of your time and leads to frustration. Plenty of other dental care options in Scottsdale! Hedge your bet elsewhere and save your frustration.
I’ve been a patient for 4 years and this practice is fantastic! They treat the patients like paying customers…e.g. treat them very well. I’m in for cleaning every 4 months. Consistent, caring, friendly, great value and a super knowledgeable and customer oriented team! Run don’t walk to Pima Dental! Bravo team!
Today was my first appointment with Pima Dental. I had some major concerns with my teeth going in, and wasn’t sure what the outcome was going to be. I was freaking out! First, I have to say Jessica at the front desk is amazing. Five stars to you! She makes you feel welcome and at ease. Very professional and kind.
