This rating is based off of my service I received today. Our car battery was dead. I called about it. They said just bring it in. So I did. 2 and 1/2 hours later of waiting in the lobby, and they replaced it with the warranty with no charge. But 2 and 1/2 hours to wait in a lobby is absolutely crazy and you should let people know that they're going to be sitting in a lobby for that long. Set appointment for 830 AM Monday, a WEEK in advance. Work to be done: oil change/tire rotation/air filters. Then have brakes and rotors replaced. And check a front end popping noise. 8.5 hours later... still not done with brakes. Havent checked the front-end noise. SUV is still on the rack. Do Not recommend. Could of had this work done locally for cheaper and in half the time.
