Set appointment for 830 AM Monday, a WEEK in advance. Work to be done: oil change/tire rotation/air filters. Then have brakes and rotors replaced. And check a front end popping noise. 8.5 hours later... still not done with brakes. Havent checked the front-end noise. SUV is still on the rack. Do Not recommend. Could of had this work done locally for cheaper and in half the time.
