Overall experience was fine, I didn't see my "bottom line" price until after I sat in the finance office. They didn't get me the best interest rate available, my credit union had a better rate so after I told them that, they tried and found a rate closer to that percentage with some other bank than what they originally wanted me to agree to. It was a quick process.
The Mattoon Pilson's is so much more helpful than the Charleston Pilson's. Charleston Pilson's has misdiagnosed my car multiple times. It is currently sitting at the Mattoon location with them attempting to fix it properly. I am grateful for the Mattoon Pilson's and everything they are doing to try and get my car fixed.
Everything went well. Staff is friendly, competent and helpful
Talked with Hayden at the Pilson dealership who immediately scheduled our appointment for a recall, to install a tonneau cover and to check an issue with the windshield wipers. Hayden was professional and polite during the initial conversation, and the same upon our arrival. Immediately upon arrival started our process. And finished within time alotted. Although this dealership is farther than other locations, we still like doing our business here.
