Great customer service and communication!
Gave me the run around with my car loan for days and tried to sell me a car that was still in the process of being repaired. Often had to wait long periods of time before someone would talk to me or respond to my inquiries. The first time I bought a car through them in 2019 the business had better customer service and I left there with a car that day.
