If I was able to rate ZERO STARS I WOULD. This business is a scam. The female owner has absolutely zero understanding of the customer/business dynamic and will LIE TO YOUR FACE about the details of the contract SHE ENFORCES. NOT ONLY DOES SHE LIE ABOUT THE BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A MEMBER BUT SHE ALSO ENTRAPS CONSUMERS INTO CONTRACTS, THAT BLATANTLY IGNORE THE FEATURES PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED. SHE WILL ENTRAP CONSUMERS INTO CONTRACTS BEFORE PROVIDING ANY DETAIL ABOUT THE MEMBERSHIP. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST.
Very disappointed. Tried to freeze my membership the several days before the renewal and I was met with a "minimum days requirement" to freeze it. Also tried to cancel and not only was I slapped with the new month which I have not used the gym but a 60$ "maintenance fee" I now owe 100$ and cannot cancel the gym membership. I will now be making a formal complaint to the Business Bureau and the Illinois General assembly website under "Physical Fitness Services Act."

If it's close by stop looking and go here. It's run by very few brilliant women so don't be surprised that it has limited hours compared to chain 24/7 gigantic corporations. What it lacks in this regard it makes up for in service and attention to detail. The owner has diligently improved every component of her business, and continues to develop it further (and takes customer suggestions seriously).
