Amazing gym! Woman owned, clean, new/updated equipment. Have been going to this gym for almost two years and have always felt respected & safe.
Truly amazing and welcoming space. I always feel safe and comfortable whenever I’m working out here. The owner is a Latina woman, which is very important considering the situation regarding increasing non-Latino business owners taking advantage of Pilsen. HIDDEN GEM of a gym! free weights, free yoga and salsa classes. You can’t ask for more really.
I was considering this gym, but the owner/manager seemed rude and nasty :( at least, I think it was the manager. She didn’t even answer the question. Either way, bad vibes here.
I’ve been coming here for about six months. I switched from a commercial gym because I was paying for a membership without getting access to quality equipment. What you get access to at Pilsen’s Gym for $50 a month is incredible. The two women owners are constantly reinvesting in the gym by bringing in new equipment that is among the best in the industry. I love this gym. It is clean and the front staff are kind and welcoming. There are plenty of machines to use and lots of free weights. The mirror room is great for stretching/ mat workouts. I attended the yoga class a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough to anyone in the area looking for a good community to join!
