the first gym i came to when i moved here. stellar staff and stellar equipment. the absolute best deal in the city! best gym ever!
I lived in the area and it was perfectly situated for me to try out for after work, but I'm a former personal trainer and a rugby player so I'm picky about my gym. I had already been through 3 other gyms in the area. I went in to this one and was not disappointed! The owner and staff have curated a perfect mixture of Olympic lifting, power lifting, and body building/sculpting equipment.
