I ordered directly from the website and, even after I tried messaging them, they never sent my pillows. It has been 4 weeks with only a tracking number and no shipping. Chase reimbursed me, however. But the company needs professionalism and customer service, not to mention integrity.
I have not received my order after 15 business days and no response from the company to my follow up.
UPDATE - 10/12 - Pillows finally delivered to recipient. Just for the record - I ordered these for the recipient based on her experience of a Pillozzz that I already one. That's why I ordered directly from the company. I randomly got an announcement this morning that they were out for delivery. So - not a scam, but customer service could be a little more attentive. Also, advise providing accurate estimates of delivery - because I was under the impression that these were a stocked item. Maybe that's my bad? Any whoooo....pill... read more
Pilozzz product is great. Customer service is very poor. That equals Product = 5 stars Service = 1 star.
Not only is the pillow set I received the most comfortable pillow I have had in a long time, but Pilozzz went above and beyond with their customer support and service. Someone called me directly when I had questions! Unreal! I feel like that happens less and less in a busy world, and I was so grateful for their care and help with my order. They have my loyalty!
