Planning to actually stay here soon. The view is amazing, Up in the mountains, plenty of wildlife around you including wild turkey, deer, rabbits and even bears.
Pilots perch is just an amazing place. The cabin is cozy with a home away from home feeling. The views are absolutely stunning. Nothing is too far away from it so it makes the ability to tour the area easy and enjoyable. We were able to tour Mabry mill, Mayberry NC, pilot mountain, chateau morrisette and many local fancy gap stores and eateries. I can’t say enough of how amazing pilots perch is.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pilots Perch. It is a beautiful cabin. Very well maintained and very clean. So very peaceful with beautiful Mountain View’s. Great for relaxing on decks with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Owners have done such a great job of providing everything needed for your stay. Pictures do not do it justice. Can’t wait to come back again.
It's been a week since we had to pack up and come home after our extended Anniversary weekend and I asked my wife if she was ready to go back and watch some more sunrise/sunsets from the deck of Pilots Perch. Her answer was absolutely YES! Our stay at this beautiful cabin was wonderful. It was clean, the linens fresh, the kitchen equipped to prepare our meals, the location and views unmatched and the decks expansive, and the Hot Tub was a nice bonus to relax at the end of the day.
