We always pay for reserved truck parking. We haven’t had a spot the last three times we’ve paid. Management at this location, Pilot #352 Fort Myers, FL, doesn’t make the truckers move from the reserved spots they didn’t pay for. All other Pilot locations have employees driving around in golf carts making sure truckers aren’t parking in reserved spots they did not pay for. The people that work there are really polite and nice the only thing is this when you get there on the parking spot you see 30 minutes and you can only park for 30 minutes and on top of that if you're a cargo van you cannot park there at all and the pilot down the street from them you have to pay to park
I noticed a tow truck chilling in the cut. It was the same truck from one of the reviews(picture). Man, I took off to the closest rest area on southbound lol
