I purchased a charger from your store, but unfortunately it didn’t work when I plugged it in. I walked back in within a minute to return it, but Haley told me it couldn’t be returned because I had opened the package. I understand there are return policies, but I’d like to point out that there’s no way to check if the charger works without opening it. Hi, I stopped by earlier and bought a charger, but unfortunately it didn’t work when I tried it. I came back inside almost immediately, but Haley said it couldn’t be returned because the packaging was opened. I understand stores have policies, but I’m not sure how anyone could check if a charger works without opening it first. I didn’t damage it or use it — just opened it and saw that it doesn’t function.
