This Pilot impressed me, I’ve been to Pilots North to South, East to West and this one is definitely a better Travel Stop. Placement is good, plenty of parking and seems like it usually does, friendly staff, very clean, smelled good, and even the hot food was better than most, so overall I’d say this is definitely a top Pilot for traveling, plenty of space for truckers, and more snacks, drinks, etc. than most.
I’ve truly never been so let down. The Cinnabon makes nothing fresh, you can go in at 8-9am and they have boxes still from the day before is what they push so they won’t make fresh bons. The station itself it’s a bunch of over priced drinks and Knick Knacks. Oh and you would think with 3 coffee stations they would have a quality cup of brew but, sadly also no, my machine coffeee came out nearly clear from the beginning of dispense till the end, essentially leaving me with a dirty water. This pilot must have the nicest most friendly staff In the entire U.S. all of them were very polite helpful and friendly. The subway staff are just as great. Thank you!
Waited 3 hours for a shower the first time, came back a second time now waiting for a shower again, so far it’s been an hour and a half. Very rude entitled hood talking cashiers. This place should never be above a 1 star rating. Absolutely horrible.
Horrible service dirty shower and restroom, nobody wears gloves when handling the food . The manager act n look like he on drug or something he don't care about anything then just taken your money I brought up the attention of the dirty showers how they are same go to loves
