What a great Pilot! It’s the cleanest and most well stocked coffee area I’ve seen in a long time! Super friendly ladies at the register! Just need some hot breakfast stuff at 4 am. Other than that 5 stars!!
disgusting treatment from the worker. couldn't find my receipt from the gas station and sent me to check the pump 3 times until a guy came and helped She also refused to sell me food and threatened to call the police. Although the problem is that she is incompetent. It's very unpleasant to see such people
Lady at the register late night between 6 PM & Midnight is one of the rudest women I've encountered at any pilot! She isn't the only one across the board but, If I'm spending thousands a year somewhere, she does not make me what shop her or at any Pilot! This is Monday, August 18, 2025. She is so rude! This is why this specific location's rating is going downward. Better fix this before it get around to the truckers Union!!!
This is a very bad place. There is a lady here. She is black in colour and has no manners of talking. She behaves very angrily. I had booked my shower with every customer and after waiting for 40 minutes I am leaving from here even though the shower is empty. But she took 40 minutes to clean it and give it to the customer.don’t come here if you want to save your time
