Under construction so they had no drinks in their coolers. Had a bunch of kids running the store this night that were more worried about playing music behind the counter and playing grabazz than taking care of or stocking anything. On top of no drinks or things stocked they had no food on the grills and no lids for coffee. When I asked she said "well we're under construction so we aren't stocking.a lot of things you'll have to just stop at another Pilot or Flying J if you want those things." Wow... I read a review that was 4 months ago about the smell of the bathrooms and STILL smells like everyone just takes a pee on the floors. Additionally, if the toilet seat is about to you know FALL OFF the hinges get it replaced?!? I like resting at pilots but this one pushed me to the Loves down the road to take my 34... no showers didn't help either but if you don't even have showers to clean then there should be no excuse for the state of the restrooms. This place is a no go from now on cause I can only imagine the stat... read more

I just went to war in the woman’s bathroom. This FLYING ROACH CAME AT ME.. it was LIKE A CARGO AIRPLANE.... Stopped here on 8/5/25 and it’s EVEN worst. Ashley THE night supervisor is the most unprofessional person you can encounter. Don’t ask her for help she just ignores you. Went to pay and she walked away with an attitude to coffee machine, so I did too. I just walk out. I guess she runs pilot. And the pilot run on her attitude not money.
