I stopped at this Pilot early in the morning around 6:30 AM to take a shower. I reserved a shower through the app — it showed I was next. When I walked inside to check the shower area, one shower had the door wide open with no one cleaning it, and showers 1 and 2 were showing green, clearly available. But for some reason the app wouldn’t send me to either one, like the system never updated that they were free.
