900 N 99th Ave, Phoenix AZ -- Decent - nothing really praise worthy. Though I am always very grateful for overnight parking for us non-professional travelers, I am curious as to why this morning at 5:05 a.m. (3-29-2025), the young security guard on duty was pounding on my van saying he needed me to move my van. I was groggy and yelled back through the closed window, asking if I just needed to move elsewhere or leave right away? It's a typical big city truck stop, very busy, fuel lines always packed . You can find spots if you are there at the right time, wouldn't recommend it, if your backing game isn't good, it's a little tight getting in and out of spots, showers usually have a long wait, got a Wendy's, and subway

It’s not fair that the security guard that owns this vehicle (in reply) gets to stay hogging up a pump, while auto vehicles get forced out the parking lot after an hour. If the policies are to be enforced, employees and third party contractors need to abide to them too! Also, the late night suspicious activity within employees and outsiders need to be audited!

This doesn't just apply to the washers, showers are cold too, great way to start off the day. How long has that sign been up?? This place is a dinosaur. Told cashier this morning about the lack of hot water, she could care less. Short haired girl, tattoos. Last time I stop here. I certainly hope building more showers is part of the project! Ridiculous!! A drivers lounge to sit down would be nice
