Had a delivery down the road at Kroger for morning time. I planned my trip accordingly and paid for a parking spot None were open upon arrival and employees refused to help me, said “there is nothing we can do” their only solution is to refund you which doesn’t help me. This forces you to leave and find a parking on the road risking a 300$+ citation, accident, or a clock violation searching for more parking elsewhere which if discovered by DOT in an inspection nets you another large citation and points on your CSA score. Clean restrooms, well-stocked shelves with a wide selection of items useful to travelers. Attached to a McDonald's with interior access to and from Pilot. Hot food designed for carryout is available on site, as is a huge selection of cold and hot drinks. Stor3 associates are helpful and friendly. Located very near the Horseshoe casino.
Small parking lot but the bathrooms and showers are always super clean and everyone who works here is very nice and always happy to help. Definitely my favorite pilot in Indiana
