Terrible truck stop experience. I reserved and paid for a parking spot in advance through Prime Parking. When I arrived, there were no available spaces for me. The employee at the counter told me that they do not tow anyone and suggested that I just park along the curb on the road, saying that the police would not do anything. This is completely unacceptable. If a paid reservation is made, the spot should be available. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
