Lady was cleaning bathroom and she came to make coffee and she didn’t change gloves with the same gloves that she is cleaning bathroom she took a filter and started to make coffee That’s dangerous and disgusting
Recently, I visited a Pilot gas station and bought a coffee. When I approached the counter, the dark-skinned cashier, instead of providing courteous service, waved me off and said I could take the coffee for free. When I thanked him, he responded that I should have said “appreciated.” This behavior was very disrespectful, especially considering that I had spent a significant amount of money there. I believe that customers deserve respect and professional service. I hope that such incidents won’t happen again in the future.
I'm a local from Jackson that does a lot of long distance (auto) highway driving, and this is in contention for the best gas station in town. Certainly the best off I-40. It's always competitive for lowest gas prices in town, and if you're on the app, you get an extra 10 cents off from that. The store's selection is fine. I've seen better in really, really big Pilots, but it's up to standard with other P/FJ locations around the South. Restrooms, again, are up to standard.
