Not honoring the $.10 off per gallon. So I took my business over to Love’s!! Receipt shows loyalty card was entered correctly. App shows the offer was saved. So it was Pilot’s machines that only gave a 5 cent per gallon discount. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
As a frequent traveler and loyal customer of Pilot Flying J, I've come to rely on their travel centers for clean restrooms, hot showers, and reliable fuel pumps. The shower was extremely nasty... They didn't clean the shower at all. Just put new towels in there. Probably didn't wash them. 08/26/25
It's a nice truck stop, friendly and attentive staff, they always do an amazing job, Miss Stacy, and Miss Vicky are both awesome, so is the rest of the staff, sorry I don't know all your names lol they also have a Wendy's connected, and it does have a drive thru.
