Night shift shower cleaners rap aloud. When confronted,I’ve been asked what’s my problem,trying to provoke and escalate.No customer respect here. Won’t spend a penny at this location. 11/10/25 10pm
Shitty management Jason Lane is the worst manager by far in the last 3 years out of the 5 managers they have had. Absolutely unprofessional no customer service skills to be had. Never spend money or business here if you have respect for yourself.
I would give it zero stars if it was an option. This Pilot is horrible. Very old inside, people don't work, long lines on cash registers, shower wait time at least an hour. But far worse is out of what they calim 40 parking spots only 10 can be used by OTR trucks. At least 30 spots are occupied by local drivers as their parking yard. During daytime it is pretty regular truck stop with no parking available, but at night gets like a horror movie. Cars drive around in circles checking out parked trucks. Probably the most unkempt pilot I’ve ever been to. Needs a cleaning and an update. Actually, they were painting so maybe they are updating. Not many gas pumps and two were broken… one of them had all of its wires hanging out. Just looked like a junky run down place.
