Had my 34-hr Reset here. Showers are nice n clean. Clean Store w/Arby's inside.
Reserved spots werent marked well at all so i parked all the way in the back, not thinking thats where a reserved spot would be anyway. Rebecca and another co worker came knocking on all the doors asking of we paid because its reserved. We paid, and on the way back i asked them if instead of paying next time, are we allowed to park in unauthorized areas on the sides blocking entries and exits (as i pointed to all the trucks not in authorized parking areas), they said "yes sir!". very professional good people working here Nice Pilot the only setback is Why there are so many DROPPED TRAILERS on this Pilot 7 FLATBEDS & 3 DRY VANS on FREE PARKING SPOTS no wonder we’re paying for Reserve parking while they’re using the Pilot Travel Center #75 as their personal yard! I hope the manager sees this REVIEW or someone on a higher position from Pilot does something to prevent this! They’re supposed to be paying $$ money for parking at their yard!
Has clean restrooms, good snacks, good pizza, other meals are good too. The workers accepted my emotional support dog. Thank yall for that.
