Management needs to address the absurd amount of dropped trailers at this location. This is not a DC drop lot!
The cashier inside was very nice & patient & I am running late & was hoping to be in & out really quick & ended up wasting a lot of time going to two different pumps & both declined my credit card 💳 & said “see cashier” and she said the pumps are having issues. I travel ALL of the time & get gas ⛽️ at Pilot almost Daily? And now I am inclined to avoid them & just go somewhere else. Ya gotta take care of your customers.
