Not clean at all, fuel island trashed. Wait for showers is pathetic, employees walk around store ignoring customers as they dance to music. Come on Pilot, you can do better. I'm switching back to Loves Truck Stop.
Donisa is an absolute ray of SUNSHINE! My husband and I were passing through and stopped at this Pilot for gas—and, of course, a Cinnabon. Donisa was working behind the Cinnabon counter, and from the moment we interacted, she brought so much joy to our day. I was still groggy from napping in the car and asked if they had the kind with caramel and pecans. With perfect comedic timing, she joked that the names were right there on the labels in front of me. Gas pumps are terrible and very inconvenient to use. Buttons are messed up and security labels are missing.
