An hour and half wait for a shower with 1 person in line in front of me and 3 open dirty showers
Pilot you need to do better. If your employees are asking for tips then you're not paying them enough.
So I'm a truck driver. I parked here for my 10-hour brk. I ordered a shower via the app, as I've done many times before. I went inside to learn the maintenance guy gave my shower away. This is totally unacceptable, especially when they know we only get 10hrs to rest. I went to take a picture of the door, and he cussed me out saying, "I gotta be talking, no damn photos".... I 100% DO NOT recommend this pilot & that guy should be fired. Poor customer service.
