I stopped here to fuel up, and after finishing, I pulled over with my hazard lights on for a couple of minutes to restart my tablet and check my load info. A young man came and rudely demanded that I move, even though I explained there was no parking space inside and I would leave shortly. He was very disrespectful and aggressive. As a company driver whose fleet uses Pilot regularly, I expected better treatment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable toward drivers. I hope management looks into this. I recently visited the Subway located inside the Pilot and had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of the staff members, name is Angie. While making my sub, she was carelessly throwing the vegetables and yelling at customers. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional towards customers. First off the workers are great, they will go above and beyond to help you and are very friendly. A basic Pilot food selection is available as well, along with a subway. If you are just stopping for snacks and a quick bathroom with no strollers or wheelchairs it will do. For any families with small kids I would check out the TA across the street (they even have a combined food court which is great if you have family who all eat different things) instead or just keep pushing on to another stop.
