Ultra wide fuel island ensures you have to reposition truck to get both fuel and DEF as the DEF hoses are short, as are the passenger side fuel hoses. The narrower lanes, well, half have the DEF nozzle on passenger side. I have never seen a Class 8 truck with a passenger DEF fill. Few box trucks even have it. And then there is the fuel delivery guy yelling if you pull into a lane not blocked off as closed so he can pull through to unload. Just shut this place down already. Worst Pilot in America.
BEWARE: Outrageous $151 Debit Card Hold! Location: Pilot, 1050 US-20, Mountain Home, ID 83647 I'll give them one star for the clean bathrooms, but that's where the positives end. I am absolutely furious about their policy for debit card payments at the pump.I stopped for gas today and used my debit card, inserted the chip, and entered my PIN as required. Staff on duty today in Arbys made a great hamburger and fries today for me! Thank you for the amazing meal. 😊
Restrooms were clean and location is convenient.
Traffic cluster. Can't get in or out at the pumps and cars get aggressive to claim being "next" in line. They also charged us $151 as the test transaction....most places run $1. We will not be stopping there again.
