We had our radiator hose break in the parking lot. Very unfortunate as an Owner Operator Truck Driver. There was an employee, and we really wish we had got her name; she was beyond helpful. We had to have the part shipped overnight to the TA. Everyone was so undstanding and helpful, especially the one employee. We can't thank her enough! She went beyond normal customer service and cared. Thank you!
