Marty saved the day with a 2014 Heartland RV! RVShare cancelled our reservation on the day it was scheduled to be delivered! My daughter and I volunteer at Merlefest and were in panic mode with the cancellation. We called Marty and luckily he had one available! He dropped everything to deliver and set up this great RV! We were thoroughly pleased and pleasantly surprised at how well our rental experience went. Marty is a class act. The camper was immaculately clean and just the right configuration for us grandparents. Being able to rent a camper and have it set up for us made it easy for us to join our grandchildren for a fun-filled camping weekend. Thank you, Marty. It was a pleasure working with you. Marty was a class act and very helpful and polite from start to finish. We paid a little extra to have him deliver and pick up his travel trailer, which made the experience seamless. Marty was thorough and professional throughout the process. Highly recommend!
We had a delightful stay in Pilot Rv’s Salem camper. It was clean and spacious, and had no problem sleeping 4 adults (including two XL gentleman) and 2 babies in pack and plays. Marty was always available for communication, and very prompt in drop off and set up. Our stay was easy and highly pleasing. Would definitely recommend!!!
